My First Personal Training Session
The first session is dedicated to a comprehensive body analysis. This assessment
involves:

- Flexibility Tests.
- Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Tests.
- Body Fat Analysis.
- Blood Pressure Reading.

The results of the body analysis enables me to design a personal exercise programme
