UK-PT Group Training 

Craig is at the for front of resistance and suspension training and has an effective and unique way of training in group sessions; He has successfully designed and built a unique training system that incorporates suspension and resistance training techniques that leave people with a totally unique group workout. With over 5 years of experience using these training techniques he is pushing the boundaries and setting new standards within the fitness industry.

Craig has used these training techniques throughout his sporting and fitness career and continues to use these techniques to maintain his desired physical athleticism, appearance and strength. The UK-PT Personal Training Team are currently using the training system to work closely with sports clubs, businesses and schools in the West Midlands area.
